About the Journal
The Virginia Journal of Public Administration annual journal publishing peer-reviewed research that examines and analyzes contemporary issues in public administration the Commonwealth of Virginia. The journal is published by the School of Public Service at Old Dominion University and is a forum for discussion on significant issues related to the advancement of our scientific understanding. In addition to relating to Virginia, articles are chosen for publication based on their originality, importance, interdisciplinary interest, timeliness, and accessibility.
